Vacation Rental Description

Island Place is located on beautiful Harbour Island area of downtown 
Tampa.  Just a walk away to the Convention Center and THe St. Pete 
TImes Forum.  Thesurroundings are beautiful and the paths and trials 
are a true experience for nature overs.  Just steps to the ocean with 
park benches to view the cruise ship arrivals.  Two beautiful pool 
area that over-look the ocean, club house and tennis courts.  There 
is also a work-out room. Minutes from the excitement of downtown 
Tampa and places you close to everywhere you want to be.  There is a 
trolley which is a free ride to Ybor City and CitySide.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside your quarters you'll be equally as pleased. Discover open 
floorplans with nine-foot ceilings, walk-in bedroom closets, and 
large utility room with full-size washer and dryer, which are LG'S 
Kitchen feature tile floors and a microwave. Wood floors through 
outthe entire condo and valuted ceilings.  Fans in all bedrooms as 
well as living room and patio.  Gorgeous patio on the front of the 
condo which over-llooks the pond with shooting fountains.  There is a 
grill area with tables and chairs.hTons of activites await you in 
your fully furnished condo, just bring your toothbrush.  Greatest 
vacation spot one could ever desire with more ammenties and things to 
do.  Orlando and shopping malls with 35 minutes. All water sports 
activities, boating, five star golf courses.  Tmapa International 
Airport with 10 minutes of condo.  

Activities and Attractions

Escape to Island Place stylish resort-style swimming pool.  Golfing 
is just minutes away.  There are lots of malls, shopping, 
restaurants, you name it, and it you will find it close by.  Busch 
Gardens and all the other theme parks with 20 minutes.  The beaches 
are within a 20 drive to Clearwater or to St. Petersberg. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$900 to $1400 per week.  Special rates apply, week-end rates 
availalbe, long term rentals available.  Security deposit 
required, fully re-fundable if there is no damage.
Cancellations two weeks prior to arrival, no refund of security deposit.
Must have 30 days notice to cancel.
