New 4th floor property with gorgeous ocean view, gym, terrace, pool, 
and shared gardens. In a desirable location in the hotel zone, it's 
just one block from the beach, is close to a variety of services 
including shopping, restaurants, coffee shop, and is a short walk to 
Puerto Vallarta’s central area and boardwalk Malecon. 
 
The condo is modern, fully equipped to North American Standards and 
with secure parking in our garage.  2006 new construction with 
top-notch amenities, including fabulous modern kitchen with 
Washer/Dryer | A/C splits in every room | beautifully maintained Pool 
| 1400 square feet of living space | Master Suite with king bed | 2nd 
Bedroom with 2-full size beds | Living room sofa-bed sleeps 1-2. 
 
Housekeeping: Maid service is provided before and after your stay and 
once in the middle of week. We can arrange for daily maid service for 
200 pesos per service.  
 
Bathrooms: 2 fully tiled bathrooms with large glass-enclosed shower. 
All towels supplied. 
 
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to North American standards, 
with appliances including refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, pots and 
pans, glassware, and the all-important blender and coffeemaker for 
convenient and cozy breakfasts on the patio.

Activities and Attractions

Condo is located just 5 minutes walking to Beach where you will find 
various activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, banana rides 
and jet skiing.  It is also close to movie theaters, Plaza Caracol 
shopping center and downtown Malecon.  Taxi or bus service are within 
a 3 minute walk.
