Vacation Rental Rates

High Season - November to April $4,500 per month.  Low Season May to October $2800 per month.   
Deposit is 50% with a 30 day cancellation clause.  Pet Deposit is $250.00 and refundable after  
inspection of the property.  Cleaning Fee of $150.00 is non refundable. Rental time period is a  
minimum of 30 days.  Credit Card payments so you secure the points.
