This brand new vacation rental is within easy walking distance from
the Ocean City boardwalk/beaches. It is centrally located near the
boardwalk's Mack and Manco's and Kohr Brothers. It is minutes
within walking distance to all the shops on Asbury Ave. It is also
minutes from the bay side of Ocean City where there is a pier for
kids to fish. It is only eight miles from Atlantic City's Casinos
and famous restaurants.

This condo has a beautiful greatroom with high ceilings, a wide-
screen TV, and a magnificant kitchen with granite counter tops. All
four bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. It has 2 full
baths, one
with a jacuzzi tub, and an enclosed outside shower. The front of
the condo has a beautiful deck over Asbury Ave. This is a great
rental for two families. We do not rent to minors. This is a family
rental/building.
