Gracious entry porch leads up to the second story, which is your main living area. Large living room with wood burning fireplace, built-in book cases, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, sofa, loveseat, 3 plush side chairs, ottoman, coffee table, and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen features newly purchased appliances, long breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, microwave, dishwasher, island for food preparation, French door leading to deck with gas grill, main sink plus 2nd prep sink. The dining room has 6 chairs at large table, cushioned window seat for relaxation, and a sliding door to the screened
porch. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has extra large capacity washer/dryer, separate ice maker, and sink for cleanup. Hall bath has a vanity sink and a tub/shower. The bunkroom has two sturdy bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, TV/VCR and Playstation 2. Large bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan, TV/VCR/DVD, double closet and a private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower.

The third story office nook has wireless internet connectivity, desk, built-in window seat and even a printer for your use. Master King bedroom has a large king bed, rocker, TV/VCR/DVD, larger dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps, and a sliding glass door to a private deck with 2 tall chairs and cocktail table. Picture-postcard lake and gulf views are incredible! Private master bath has large tiled double vanity, oversized garden tub, walk-in shower, mini fridge, and a coffee maker for morning privacy.

Screened porch has table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, three ceiling fans, 2 loungers, a retro metal glider love seat, 2 retro metal glider chairs, hammock, and kiddie chairs. A deck comes off the screened porch and has 4 tall cocktail chairs with a table, as well as steps to the private, gated swimming pool with teak furniture for the ultimate in relaxation. LaMer is both baby- and kid-friendly with Graco pack-n-play, booster seat, and kiddie chairs. It is beautifully set in a family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to an 18-mile bike path.

Scenic Hwy 30-A runs for 18.2 miles along unspoiled sandy white beaches and sea oat covered dunes, past freshwater coastal lakes and saltwater inlets and through hardwood hammocks, long leaf pines and coastal scrub oaks. The Beaches of South Walton is tucked away on Northwest Florida’s Gulf coast between Destin and Panama City and is known for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty.

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
