"Gulf Dream House" is an extraordinary new 7850 square foot (4000 square feet indoors) Gulf-view beach house in Dune Allen toward the West end of Scenic HW 30-A. This home commands an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico’s turquoise waters, our white sandy beaches and one of our rare coastal dune lakes from the roof top deck and multiple balconies. This home is ideal for events such as weddings, receptions, rehearsals and family reunions. A non-refundable $1,000 event fee applies to all group events. This home has an elevator serving all floors, two family rooms, two wet bars in addition to the main kitchen, a private pool (may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day plus tax). and large, lushly landscaped yard surrounded by palm trees.

Ground Floor / Outside: A multi car garage/storage area under the house accommodates at least three or four cars, plus any bikes and beach toys you may bring with you. Large driveway can hold at least 8-10 additional cars. Private pool (may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day plus tax) is surrounded by many loungers and a large table with eight padded side chairs. Gas Grill. Large grass side yard bordered by palm trees offers a perfect spot to set up your own volleyball game, let the children play in the yard, or host the perfect outdoor event ($1,000 non-refundable fee is assessed on all events). Zero entry elevator serves the entire home, including the roof deck.

Second Floor: Hardwood floors, ceiling fans and high ceilings grace the entire home. All bedrooms have large closets. The secondary family room has two queen sleeper sofas, coffee table, two side tables, 2 lamps, LCD TV, DVD and French doors leading to a balcony. This balcony offers fabulous Gulf Views to the south and west. Wet bar area has 2 mini fridges, microwave and sink. Laundry room has super capacity front loading washer and dryer plus laundry sink. King guest bedroom #1 has bedside table and lamp, dresser, LCD TV, door to parade balcony and private bath with tub/shower and vanity sink. King guest bedroom #2 has bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, side chair, LCD TV, door to parade balcony and private bath with shower and vanity sink. Bunk bedroom #1 has bunk bed with twin up and double down and twin trundle, chest of drawers, LCD TV, side chair, lamp and French door to the balcony. Bunk bedroom #2 has bunk bed with twin up and double down and twin trundle, chest of drawers, LCD TV, lamp and French door to the balcony. Jack and Jill hall bath has two sink areas on either side with a shared tub/shower and toilet area in the center.

Third Floor: Large kitchen has concrete countertops, central island with 3 barstools, ample cabinetry, pantry for food storage, Electrolux French door frig with door ice /filtered water dispenser, Bosch oven, Bosch dishwasher, deep sink, Bosch 6-burner gas stove top and microwave. Dining area has two large round tables each with central lazy Susan’s and eight chairs. Huge family room has sectional sofa with lounger section, two love seats with double sleeper beds, two coffee tables, two lamps, huge LCD TV, DVD, card table with four chairs and French doors to the wrap-around balcony. This balcony offers fabulous gulf and sunset views and is outfitted with eight iron rocker-style chairs each with an ottoman and four tables. Powder room. King master bedroom with side chair, bedside table with lamp, dresser, LCD TV and private bath with his/hers vanity sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower.

Fourth Floor: Kid’s bunk room has five bunk beds (ten twin beds), LCD TV and a dresser. Each bunk bed has a wall lamp for reading. Hall bath has pedestal sink and shower.

Roof Top Deck: Elevator rises to the roof and opens to a huge 18 x 45 foot roof deck. Enjoy the 360 degree views of the Gulf, lake and beach. Outfitted with wet bar and mini fridge with ice maker.

Scenic Hwy 30-A runs for 18.2 miles along unspoiled sandy white beaches and sea oat covered dunes, past freshwater coastal lakes and saltwater inlets and through hardwood hammocks, long leaf pines and coastal scrub oaks. The Beaches of South Walton is tucked away on the Northwest Florida Gulf coast between Destin and Panama City and is known for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty.

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
