S’il Vous Play is an extraordinary Gulf-front beach house in the heart of historic downtown Old Grayton Beach, South Walton's truly "original" beach community. This home commands an incredible view of shimmering seas, waving sea oats, and beautiful coastal dune lakes. This Gulf front crown jewel sparkles with an amazing 180 degree vista. Furnished in the modern style with original artwork throughout, it is ever so comfortable. This home is 3,550 square feet and offers views from every room. Enjoy the heated “martini pool” (fees apply for pool heating), expansive living room, two spacious master suites with private porches, and a large, well stocked gourmet kitchen - bring a chef! The beach is right at your front door—this home is truly spectacular.

Ground Floor and Outside: Enjoy your private heated 9 x 18 pool – four chairs sit on the pavers surrounding the pool – speakers pipe music from whole house stereo system. To heat pool to 86 degrees, there is an additional $25 per day, plus tax, non-refundable heating fee. Parking for 3 cars in gravel driveway and one in pavers drive under the house. Charcoal grill. Entry hallway has adjacent laundry area with stackable washer/dryer, ice maker and frig. Elevator serves all 4 floors.

Second Floor: King Master bedroom has king bed with padded headboard, 2 bedside dressers, 2 overhead reading lamps, dresser, 26” LCD TV/DVD, bench at foot of bed, large closet and French doors opening out to a private balcony overlooking dunes and gulf. Balcony is outfitted with 2 teak loungers and a cocktail table. Private master bath has double vanity sink, separate shower and jetted spa tub. Queen guest bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire with LCD TV and DVD, side slipper chair, closet and private bath with pedastol sink and tub/shower. Bunk bedroom has 2 bunks with four twins, TV/DVD, small chest, closet and private bathroom with vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Third Floor: Large combination living/ dining /kitchen encompasses this entire floor. Powder room. Living room has two seating area – one with queen sleeper sofa, additional sofa, 2 ottomans, coffee table, 2 side tables, lamps and a gas log fireplace. Second seating area has 4 plush swivel chairs and round coffee table. Audio-visual set up includes a 52” LCD TV, DVD, CD, Ipod docking station and wireless internet connectivity. Dining table seats 8, plus 3 more barstools at the breakfast bar. Gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. A wet bar area has service sink and wine cooler. Appliances include GE Monogram fridge, gas stove top with 5 burners, 2 dishwashers, microwave, wall oven, warming drawer and double sink overlooking the lake and gulf. Large pantry off kitchen has laundry room with super capacity front loading washer and dryer. French doors lead from the living room to the gulf front balcony. Enjoy outdoor dining at the teak table with 4 chairs or relax in the wicker love seat and side chairs while enjoying the gulf breezes and sunsets.

Fourth Floor: Second King master bedroom has 2 bedside dressers, 2 lamps, 2 plush chairs, dresser, 32” LCD TV, gas log fireplace and French doors leading to a private balcony. Balcony outfitted with teak lounger and love seat. Master bath has his/hers closets and his/hers vanity sinks, walk-in shower and jetted spa tub overlooking the gulf. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire, 19” LCD TV, VCR/DVD, and private balcony outfitted with 2 adirondack chairs. Private queen bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.

Scenic Hwy 30-A runs for 18.2 miles along unspoiled sandy white beaches and sea oat covered dunes, past freshwater coastal lakes and saltwater inlets and through hardwood hammocks, long leaf pines and coastal scrub oaks. The Beaches of South Walton is tucked away on Northwest Florida’s Gulf coast between Destin and Panama City and is known for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
