with 6 loungers and a table with 6 side chairs. Covered patio joins fenced pool and house – complete
with 2 Adirondack chairs, an Adirondack love seat and a gas grill.
Ground floor family room /dining room / gourmet kitchen features Travertine tile floors and opens out
to overlook the patio and pool. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, GE Profile appliances,
pantry and large breakfast bar. Large dining table seats 8 plus 3 more at breakfast bar. Family room
features comfortable queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a comfortable side chair, large coffee table,
30” TV with DVD / VCR combination, stereo and reading lamps and side tables. Desk with 2 chairs (that
can be pulled up to dining table if necessary) is convenient when you must work. The high speed
wireless internet equipment makes keeping in touch a breeze. Ground floor queen bedroom #1 with 19”
TV, 2 night stands and lamp is perfect for elderly guests who can’t handle the stairs. Travertine-
tiled hall bath with vanity sink top and walk-in shower. Large ground floor laundry room with super
capacity washer / dryer. Hot / cold outdoor shower.
Second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. King bedroom #1 has 2 bed side tables, 2 lamps, 2
closets, armoire with TV / DVD / VCR, side chair, private tiled bath with vanity sink top, large
jetted tub and walk-in shower. French doors lead to 2nd story deck overlooking gulf and pool. Deck is

vanity sink and tub / shower and French doors leading to the 2nd story deck. Bunk room features 2
sturdy bunk beds with 4 twin mattresses, chest of drawers, lamp, TV / DVD, and 2 closets and shares
the jack-and-jill bath with the queen bedroom.
Third floor features 2 more bedrooms and baths. King bedroom #2 with side table and lamp, side chair,
2 closets, armoire with 27” TV and private bath with tiled walk-in shower and vanity sink top, plus 2
French doors – one leading to the gulf view 3rd story deck, and one leading to a parade deck
overlooking the street. The deck is outfitted with 2 rocking chairs and 1 webbed arm chair and offers
fabulous gulf views and breezes. Queen bedroom #3 has side table and lamp, armoire with 19” TV and
private bath with vanity sink and tub / shower. French doors lead to 3rd story balcony. Three
separate A/C units for personalized cooling settings, plus ceiling fans in all rooms. Parking for 4
cars in gravel driveway.

Activities
An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.
As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
