French doors – one leading to the gulf view 3rd story deck, and one leading to a parade deck
overlooking the street. The deck is outfitted with 2 rocking chairs and 1 webbed arm chair and offers
fabulous gulf views and breezes. Queen bedroom #3 has side table and lamp, armoire with 19” TV and
private bath with vanity sink and tub / shower. French doors lead to 3rd story balcony. Three
separate A/C units for personalized cooling settings, plus ceiling fans in all rooms. Parking for 4

Activities
An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.
As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
