Beautiful Sea Serenity is situated in the quaint town of Seaside,Florida. It is one of Seaside's Beach Classics (formerly See Seas) with a brand new renovation. Located on the beach side with brilliant Gulf views from open-air top deck and access to the beach via Seaside's Odessa beach access. The home has just undergone an extensive renovation...newly painted, hardwood floors refinished and all new furnishings and electronics.

The first floor offers a large foyer with bench seating which opens out onto the covered sleeping porch. Master bedroom has a King bed, chest of drawers with LCD TV, desk, and private bath with both a whirlpool tub and a shower and double vanity sinks. Guest bedroom has a King bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, LCD TV and private shower bathroom. The third bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twins) and a private bath with tub/shower. Small bunk nook bedroom (2 twins) has built-in shelving. Laundry room has super capacity washer/dryer. All bedrooms except the larger bunk bedroom provide direct access to the sleeping porch.

On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, sectional sofa with sleeper section, LCD TV, DVD and dining table that seats eight to ten. Sitting area offers comfortable rocker chairs and panoramic views of the Gulf. French doors from this area lead to an open deck overlooking the Gulf and offer an outdoor dining table. Additional deck overlooking the town of Seaside may be accessed from this area. All decks have outdoor furniture for relaxation. Keeping room near the kitchen has gas log fireplace, sofa, LCD TV, and small breakfast/game table. Fully equipped kitchen has breakfast bar with 3 barstools, frig with icemaker, glass top range, microwave, dishwasher and Silestone countertops. Hall bath with shower. Private screened porch with 2 lounger chairs and tables. Gas grill on outdoor patio area.

The crowning glory of Sea Serenity is the large third floor deck offering an unobstructed 360-degree view of the Gulf and the entire scenic town of Seaside. All casual elegance on the beach at Seaside - yours for a brilliant beach holiday!

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools. The west pool offers food and beverage service during the season and is heated during the Holidays; the Family pool is covered and heated mid Nov to mid April; and the adult pool is a secluded and serene retreat for guests 16 and older. Guests also have access to 6 tennis courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming - organize a croquet game, take a professional tennis lesson or consult with a fitness trainer through our private club. The Seaside Bike Shop offers the rental of beach cruisers, rugged mountain bikes and baby carriages. Seaside Town center and Ruskin Place offers dozens of shops, art galleries and Dining opportunities from barefoot casual to beach gourmet.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
