Vacation Rental Description

Our Condo has been Completely Updated and is new to the rental  
community.  It is located on the summit of the Hidden Valley Four  
Seasons Resort.  Our condo has one master bedroom with a queen size  
bed and attached full master bathroom. This room offers a TV for  
snuggling in the bedroom.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed  
and full bath across the hall.  In the Loft area there are two twin  
beds for any 'tag-alongs'.  A 37" flatscreen cable TV hangs over the  
wood burning fireplace in the family room with many channels to  
view.  Golf, Biking, Hiking Trails, Swimming, Fishing,  Amusement  
Park, and white-water rafting are a few of the attractions for all  
to enjoy. In addition, sit out on the patio and enjoy a mountainous  
view of a nestled pond amongst the great outdoors and wildlife.   
Sleeps 6 comfortably.  
 
Although Spring/Summer is now beginning…Winter will be here soon.  
Book now for Ski season...20% discount on early bookings. (Early  
booking(s) are considered any booking for the 2007-2008 Ski Season  
made prior to September 30, 2007).

Hidden Valley Resort: 
 
Winter and Fall Excitement at Hidden Valley Resort include skiing  
28 slopes and trails over 140 acres, enjoying miles of snowshoe  
and cross-country skiing, riding in an enchanted horse drawn sleigh  
ride and snowboarding in the four-hundred foot Jaguar Snowboard at  
The Jaguar Terrain Park. 
Spring and Summer Refreshment at Hidden Valley Resort include  
golfing on the amazing 18-hole mountaintop golf course, challenging  
a partner to a tennis match on one of the eight courts, biking or  
hiking on 30 miles of trails, adding some great exercise on the  
basketball and volleyball courts, getting the ‘Catch of the Day’ in  
the trout and bass stocked lake and cooling off or relaxing in one  
of the multiple swimming pools located around the Hidden Valley  
community.

7 Springs:  
Located only 10 minutes from Hidden Valley, 7 Springs offers nine  
chair lifts to 14 slopes and 17 trails.  Enjoy  snow tubing,  
snowshoe excursions and snowmobile adventures, grooming the slopes  
on the Snow Cat, sleigh rides, Terrain Park and Super Pike, golf,  
horseback riding, volleyball, tennis, paintball, and hiking. 
 
Idlewild Amusement Park:  
Located only a half hour from Hidden Valley, this 'Something for  
Everyone' park offers fun for all family members with amusement  
rides, picnic sites, and water fun in the summer and fall.  
 
Falling Water:  
"Fallingwater is recognized as one of Frank Loyd Wright's most  
acclaimed works, it was voted "the best all-time work of  
American architecture. Designed in 1935 for the Edgar J. Kaufmann  
family of Pittsburgh, Wright responded to the family's love for a  
waterfall on Bear Run, a rushing mountain stream. Mimicking a  
natural pattern established by its rock ledges, Wright placed the  
house over the falls in a series of cantilevered concrete "trays,"  
anchored to masonry walls made of the same Pottsville sandstone as  
the rock ledges".  
 
The Youghiogheny River Trail: 
“A 43-mile limestone surfaced trail built along the "railbanked"  
right-of-way of the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad between  
McKeesport and Connellsville in southwestern Pennsylvania is open to  
the public for bicycling, walking, fishing and canoe access, hiking,  
nature study, historic appreciation, cross-country skiing,  
picnicking, and horseback riding. The smooth surfaced trail is  
accessible to people of all ages and all physical abilities.” 
 
Living Treasures Animal Park: 
Offers large petting zoo with exotic animals. A thrill for animal  
lovers of all ages. 
 
Flight 93 Memorial: 
Visit the memorial of the Heroes of Flight 93 located in Shanksville  
Pa (Somerset)in remembrance of September 11, 2001. 
 
White Water Rafting-OhioPyle: 
Roughly a half hour drive from Hidden Valley, you will feel the  
roar of the river beneath your whitewater raft giving you an  
unforgettable adventure. 
 
Lauren Caverns Geological Park: 
A 435-acre geological park featuring Pennsylvania's largest cave  
offering 55-minute tours with guide.

Winter                 $275/night Friday and Saturday 
                       $150/night Sunday through Thursday 
Spring Summer & Fall   $175/night 
 
Holiday Weekends subject to three night minimum stay. 
 
Winter Weekends must be rented for minimum of Friday and Saturday.
