Vacation Rental Description

This lovely traditional captain's home was built around 1860 and has
been fully renovated, down to the last detail.  It is located on a
pleasant, tree-lined street in the historic district, only a 5-minute
walk from Main Street.  Walk through the front door into the living
room which includes two comfortable seating areas and a dining area,
as well as a wood-burning stove and piano.  Continue through to the
large eat-in kitchen and out onto the spacious deck which overlooks a
spectacular garden.  Laundry and guest bedroom with its own bathroom
are also located on this floor. Upstairs you'll find the master
bedroom with its huge walk-in closet, a charming single bedroom and a
full bath with a hot-water jet tub.  Climb the stairs to the attic to
find a light-filled TV den, study, play area or sleeping loft.  The
house also has a full finished basement for storage of bicycles, luggage or
sports gear. It contains a large desk and office chair and empty shelves for use as extra work space.

Charmingly decorated in an eclectic, colorful style, the house is
filled with books and original works by local artists. It exudes a
warm, friendly atmosphere and is fully equipped for simple summer
living or more lavish entertaining.

Maytag laundry and drier.  

Full A/C, separate state-of-the-art units in all bedrooms, kitchen,
