Vacation Rental Description

This is a neat and clean 5 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms.  The 
house has central air conditioning.  It features a large newly tiled 
family room plus a living room.  We have a small view of the beach 
from the deck.  It has a fenced in back yard with room for children 
to play.  Plenty of parking is available.  The neighborhood is very 
family oriented with not much traffic.  The area is great for biking, 
rather flat.  The address of the house is 10 Lincoln Way in the
Eastward Look South area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have a washer, dryer, dishwasher and built in microwave.  We have 
2 queen size beds and 3 full size beds.  

Activities and Attractions

Scarborough Beach is only about 3 or 4 blocks away.  It's a really 
nice state beach with plenty of room for all.  Narragansett offers 
many fine restaurants.  The Block Island Ferry is very close by for a 
nice day trip. Newport is about 20 minutes away which is great for a 
fun night out.    Mini golf, go-carts and bumper boats are close by.
