beachront condo in a perfect location on the beach. The unit sleeps six and comes
completely furnished with all the comforts of home. There is a
washer/dryer in the unit, two cable TV's, telephone/answering
machine and DVD players. There is also a fully equipped
kitchen, dining room table, and a breakfast bar. All linens, towels
and even beach towels are provided. There is a Sleeper Sofa in the
living room for extra guests. Brand new carpeting and crown molding
just installed. Our beautiful heated pool is
one of
the few gulfside. You can sun on the deck, swim in the pool and
still view the beach and gulf. There is a gas grill and tiki hut
covered picnic table where you can cook and then enjoy dinner while
watching the famous sunsets...or relax on our large screened lanai.
The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to shops,
restaurants, golf course, boat rentals, and more.
This is a non smoking unit and is privately owned and operated. All
these features make the condominium very peaceful and quiet, if what
relaxing in paradise is what you have in mind.

Rates are for 4 people. Add $50 per week each additional person, up
to 2 more people (maximum 6 people).

No additional fees or cleaning costs will be added. Price includes
