located on the 7th floor of Building A which is right next to the pool. This unit
is equipped with all the comforts of home and is located on the
quiet, southern end of Fort Myers Beach. There is a marina (fishing
and boat rentals), shopping center, restaurants, and golf course
just across the street. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf, back
bay, and even all the way to Naples! Significant bird viewing
activity in adjacent tidal lagoon.
Fully equipped kitchen, large living room and bedroom (King bed in
bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room). Brand new carpeting just

Private 3 building high rise(11 floors) complex with 4 clay tennis
courts(no charge), heated fresh water pool with numerous lounge
chairs for sun tanning or relaxing, showers, shuffleboard, outdoor
