Vacation Rental Description

Akumal this beautiful two bedrm, two bath condo has a fantastic
view of Half Moon Bay on the Caribbean, One of the best views in 
this complex, It has a dining area 
a living room, which views the Bay, and two large bedrooms 
Master bath is connected to bedroom with a dressing table and 
hair dryer. A veranda is off both bedrms overlooking the court 
yard and pool area, and the Lagoon,(with chairs and table to enjoy 
the view). Ceiling fans in all the rooms.
Wonderful cross breeze at all times of the year. Full kitchen
ALso a CD/Cassette/Player.Air conditioning. 
Hammocks for the front veranda and chairs and table, it is
overlooking Half Moon Bay. The maid comes in daily with fresh
towels and makes beds, does dishes and mops tile floors. There
is a lock up closet for your things, you might wish to lock
up(Large Closet, also Safe get key from manager)  Their is a lock box
with a condo key to the condo also, altho manager will give you a 
key on arrival..There is snorkling out in front of the condo
in the ocean and acess is very easy. 2 very Large King beds in 
each of the bedrooms.

you wish to lock up. Alarm clocks., Hair dryers in both bathrm's and 
elec. hot/cold water bottled water dispenser Daily Maid. Please 
bring your own beach towel in order to keep our towels in condo.

boating, surfing, windsurfing, giant sea turtle watching-May through

few miles. Yal-Ku Lagoon a five minute walk from the condo.

Holidays-Christmas & New Years..$1960/week 1 wk.min.
High Season- Dec.17-Apr.30..190/nite or $1330/Wk.
Summer Season-May 1 thur Aug 31....$145/nite 999/Wk.
Low Season- Sept. 1-Nov. 17-...$125/night or $875/wk.
Mid Season- Nov. 18-Dec. 16-...$155/nite or $1085/wk
Price rates all fee's included and A/C. No A/C wated take $75/wk off.
30% is required down on booking and balance 1 mo. before you travel.
All rentals made under the direction of "Maya Foon", Admin.
