Akumal, Mexico - this beautiful two bedrm, two bath condo has a
fantastic view of Half Moon Bay on the Caribbean, One of the best
views in this complex, It has a dining area
a living room, which views Half Moon Bay and the Caribbean ocean, and
two large bedrooms.
Master bath is connected to bedroom with a dressing table and
hair dryer. A veranda is off both bedrms overlooking the lush
tropical grounds, court yard and pool area, plus the Caribbean ocean
in the background,(with chairs and table to enjoy
the view). Ceiling fans in all the rooms.
Wonderful cross breeze at all times of the year. Full kitchen
ALso Satelite TV with US network channels and a DVD player plus a
CD/Cassette/Player for your enjoyment. OPTIONAL: Air conditioning is
provided in each room with a separate control "split system", if
desired.
Hammocks for the front veranda and chairs and table, it is
overlooking Half Moon Bay. The maid comes in daily with fresh
towels and makes beds, does dishes and mops tile floors. There
is a lock up closet for your things, you might wish to lock
up(Large Closet, also Safe get key from manager) Their is a lock box
with a condo key to the condo also, also manager will give you a
key on arrival..There is snorkling out in front of the condo
in the ocean and access is very easy. 2 very Large King beds in
each of the bedrooms.

Pool, Microwave, Full Kitchen,coffee pot,blender,elec. mixer,
can opener,toaster..elec.fry pan.
Linens provided, Cookware and utensils provided, Ceiling fans in all
rooms. TV, DVD and Stereo player, Phone(in office). Wireless Internet
is also available at the office (small fee).
Several restaurants are within walking distance. Security for your
possesions you wish to lock up. Alarm clocks., Hair dryers in both
bathrm's and elec. water bottled water dispenser Daily Maid. Please
bring your own beach towel in order to keep our towels in condo.

Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Horseback riding, Golf,
Tennis Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, water skiing,
boating, surfing, windsurfing, giant sea turtle watching-May through
Sept, AKTUN Chen Caves. Going to Tulum up the highway a
few miles. Yal-Ku Lagoon a five minute walk from the condo.

High Season- Jan 3-Apr.30..199/nite or $1345/Wk.
Summer Season-May 1 thur Aug 31....$160/nite 1095/Wk.
Low Season- Sept. 1-Nov. 20-...$140/night or $945/wk.
Mid Season- Nov. 21-Dec. 18-...$175/nite or $1195/wk

Rate include all fees. Air Conditioning is OPTIONAL - ADD $15 per
day. Since our unit is on the top floor with cross breezes, A/C is
not needed much of the year. Condo also has 5 ceiling fans which add
significant comfort in the unit.
50% is required down on booking and balance 1 mo. before you travel.
