bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.

tops, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all cooking utensils.
Street parking. NO pets.

Coast. Just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport and 45 miles south of

to the historic McFadden's Wharf at the Newport Pier. Ride your bike
to the Balboa Fun Zone and ride the vintage ferry across to Balboa
Island or take a boat tour of Newport Bay.

Payments by cash or check. $500 refundable security deposit; 50%
rental deposit must be received in advance to reserve. Balance due
21-30 days before occupancy.
