A cozy, newly decorated duplex (lower unit), located on the Balboa
Peninsula, just steps from Newport Bay. Near the child friendly bay
beach or a short stroll to the ocean beach. Located near the
Newport Pier and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
The property features two patios, one off the master bedroom and the
front patio with BBQ and an umbrella shaded table and chairs. Master
bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.

Cable TV; DVD. Full kitchen with new cupboards and granite counter
tops, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all cooking utensils.

Payments by cash or check. $500 refundable security deposit; 50%
rental deposit must be received in advance to reserve. Balance due
21-30 days before occupancy.
