Vacation Rental Description

Ko Olina Hillside Villa is the newest community at the Ko Olina 
Resort.  Ko Olina is the internationally acclaimed private ocean 
front and golf resort.  The villa, which has two bedrooms and two 
and a half bathrooms, is elegantly furnished.  The grounds of the Ko 
Olina Resort and marina were once a historic playground for 
royalty.  This is the place to enjoy your private, secluded, sandy, 
beach cove for basking in the sun, swimming or snorkeling.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning, one queen size bed, two twin beds, and one 
sofa bed.  Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven,refrigerator, 
dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, washer, dryer, 
linen, towels, patio furniture, CD player, DVD player, cable TV, 
telephone with unlimited nationwide calls, and DSL internet access.  
Community pool, jacuzzi and barbeque.

Add  11.42% Hawaii taxes to all rates.
$350 non refundable departure cleaning fee.
$1000 deposit 45 days in advance guarantees your reservation and is 
applied to rent.  Forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days in 
advance.
$600 refundable damage security deposit.  Remaining payment due 30 
days prior to check in.
We accept credit card via paypal.  There will be a fee of 3% for 
each transaction charged by paypal.
