features forty feet of sliding glass retractable doors opening to an outside 80 by five foot wrap  
around tiled terrace over the ocean and breathtaking beach.  It includes an elevator to a private sandy  
beach and cove with views of the nearby area and ocean, rocks, tide pools, Catalina Island and  
glorious sunsets throughout the year. It is within a security gated condo complex on the water in  
Laguna Beach. Lush tropical vegetation throughout the grounds. The community, as well as the unit, have  
just been completely remodeled and modernized. It  features views in all four directions.
