Enjoy this tropical island paradise.  Nestled on the South end of 
the island, along side of its only public golf course, gives way to 
this oasis of tranquiity.  Kick back, relax and enjoy all the finer 
things life has to offer, while staying at this elegant condo.

This exceptionally decorated and maintained, third floor condo, has 
everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one.  Enjoy 
the large, screened in lanai while overlooking Estero Bay and the 
intersecting waterways below.  When you enter the condo you'll pass 
the modern, well-equipped kitchen, into the comfortable, stylish 
dining room, where you can linger at the six person dining table 
after your meals or move to the living room.  The living room is 
appointed with beautiful, comfortable furnishings.  Here you can 
watch the boats in Estero Bay go by, catch up on your favorite TV 
show, enjoy a movie on the VHS or DVD player, read a good book or 
listen to the stereo.

The lanai is sure to be one of your favorite spots in this condo.  
Enjoy your meals while watching the water and happenings of island 
life.

Retire to one of the two bedrooms and rest peacefully.  The master 
bedroom has a queen-sized bed, in-room TV, sliding glass doors that 
lead to the balcony and its own ensuite full bathroom.  The second 
bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom.  There is also a 
queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional 
sleeping area.

Covered parking and your own private, in condo, laundry facilities 
are also included.

Casa Marina boasts a very large, 27x57 foot, in-ground, heated pool 
with a morning water aerobics program for those who want to get 
involved, stay fit, and meet others.  Water aerobics not your cup of 
tea?  No problem.  Relax poolside on the comfortable lounging 
furniture and read a book or take an afternoon siesta.  There are 
also poolside restrooms for your convenience.

For those who might be interested in renting a boat or personal 
watercraft, or if you'll be bringing your own, we have boat slips 
available for your use during your stay.  The canals on either side 
of the complex offer excellent fishing right from the dock.  You can 
also spot dolphins and manatees swimming through as well.

Enjoy golfing?  This is the condo for you!  Located right next to 
the executive-style, public golf course on Fort Myers Beach, known 
as Bay Beach, you can walk out the condo and right to the course.  
Grab a cart or walk and get some extra excercise. 

Casa Marina complex is located towards the South end of the island 
on Fort Myers Beach. Trolley stops going both North and South are 
located at the end of the road, just a short walk away.  Enjoy the 7 
miles of sugar sand beach, and some of the widest parts of the beach 
on the island.  Casa Marina is centrally located to shops, 
restaurants, the movie theatre, groceries, postal services, and much 
more.   Everything is within walking distance to the condo.

For those who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer to our guests 
our full concierge service, daily housekeeping and turn down 
services.  Let us know how our concierge can assist you.  We can 
arrange for special occasion items to be waiting for you, or that 
special someone in your party, upon your arrival. Groceries, fresh 
fruit baskets, floral arrangements, a Harley rental, boat rentals, 
limo/dinner packages, an in-house massage, are all things that we 
can arrange for you to make your vacation ultra special.  Need bikes 
to scoot around on the island with?  Kayaks to explore Estero Bay 
with?  A crib or high chair for a little one?  Let us know.  We 
offer a full rental department for those "extra" items that you may 
need or don't want to bring with you.  Everything is delivered to 
you for your arrival and picked up the day of your departure.  So 
you can relax and enjoy your vacation in paradise.

Thanksgiving Week ....................  $1200.00/week

Add 11% FL Sales Tax and a $500 refundable security deposit.  10% 
discount for 4 weeks consecutive rental.  Rates include all 
utilities and final cleaning and set up.  Arrival/departure days of 
the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.  Rates are 
negotiable for most dates.  Let us know what will fit your budget 
and we'll try to work with you where we can, especially for off 
season dates.
