Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is conveniently located on the first floor for those who 
do not like climbing stairs but still want a great view of the 
ocean.  Sit on the balcony in the deck chairs and enjoy your 
favorite book and savor the flavor of your coffee while listening to 
the waves.  Our assigned parking space is located very close to our 
unit so you don't have to carry your things very far.

Our condo is surrounded by palm trees making you feel that you are 
on your own private island.  Spend your mornings sitting on the 
beach watching the sunrise or watch the dolphins taking their 
morning swim.  A lifeguard stand is located at the end of our beach 
walkway.  Carolina Beach is a great place to spend your summers as 
well as visiting during the fall.  The temperatures are rarely 
freezing and there is always a breeze blowing during the summer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to 
cook.  A dishwasher, icemaker, microwave as well as central heat and 
a/c will make your stay enjoyable.  There is a TV and DVD player 
located in the living room.  The living room has a queen size pull 
out sofa.  The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, full 
bath, am/fm clock radio, ceiling fan and TV, as well as a private
entrance to the oceanfront balcony.  The other bedroom also has a
queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV/VCR and DVD player.  There is a full
bath located in the hallway. The pool has a coded entrance as well as
a private shower to wash off after a day on the beach.  The laundry 
facility is conveniently located on the first floor.  A closet 
located off the kitchen is stocked with sand toys, beach chairs and 
unbrella.

Activities and Attractions

You are only 10 minutes away from Historic Fort Fisher and the North 
Carolina Aquarium as well as the Southport Ferry.  You can walk to 
the Boardwalk or fishing pier (.8 mile) the Marina is 8 blocks and 
the Harbor is 1 block.  You are only 30 minutes from beautiful 
downtown Wilmington where you can tour the USS North Carolina 
Battleship or stroll the streets and shops of historic downtown 
Wilmington.  When you get back to your condo, you can enjoy and 
evening cruise on one of the party boats located at the Marina.  
There are several golf courses located nearby for the golf 
enthusiast.  Any appetites can be satisfied by visiting many of the 
fine restaurants the island has to offer.  You will find that there 
is so much to do that you will have to plan a return visit to the 
island.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring......March 15-May 17, 2008  $725.00/week   
Summer......May 18-Sept. 6, 2008   $875.00/week  (excluding Memoral 
Day and Labor Day) Weekly rentals only during the Summer Season.
Fall........Sept. 7-Oct.31, 2008   $625.00/week   $90.00/night
Winter......Nov. 1-Mar. 14, 2009  $525.00/week   $75.00/night
Rates above include taxes.

A $150.00 deposit is required to cover damage/cleaning/and parking 
passes with each rental, which is refundable provided there is no 
damage and parking passes and keys are returned and the unit is left 
clean upon vacating. This condo is a self-clean unit.  To help in
keeping the rates down, please leave the condo clean upon your 
checkout. Cleaning is available for an additional cost of $50.00. 
Inspection fee of $25.00 is required and is non-refundable. 

Weekly rental rates during the summer season run from 
Saturday to Saturday.  Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time 
is 10:00 a.m. We require a three day minimum stay during off season. 
You must be at least 21 years old to rent the condo.
