swimming pool, 250 sq ft screened lanai and wood sundeck in the
fully fenced backyard.
The master suite has its own fresh bright bathroom, a romantic
King-size four-poster bed and a separate sitting room with 32"
plasma TV, queen sleeper sofa, desk and wireless internet
connection. French doors open onto your private terrace.
The two other bedrooms share a bath. One has 2 charming twin
beds (one with a trundle the accommodate a third person) the other
bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The Kitchen is fully applianced and appointed, overlooks the pool
and has a convenient breakfast bar. It is bright, clean and
functional.
The Living Room has a 42" plasma TV, DVD player, delightful
window seat and fireplace. The dining room will accomodate 8 but is
also perfect for an intimate dinner for two.
A 1 car garage and laundry room with washer and dryer complete
the house. Linens are provided.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals preferred. Multi-week or monthly rentals
will have more flexibility with start and end days.
Check out by 11am Check in after 3 pm unless prior arrangements are
made.
There are no additional fees or taxes.
A $500 deposit is required to confirm booking. A larger deposit may be required for monthly
reservations
A valid credit card will be required at check-in for security and
will be charged only in the event of damage.
