which is located across the street from the ocean on Alii Drive.
(Condo is up a slight hill and has no road noise) This beautiful air
conditioned unit is only 7 years old and has all you need for a
relaxing stay with weekly light housekeeping included. It
is centrally located only a mile from the center of quaint Kailua-
Kona on the sunny side of the island near some awesome beaches.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans, two queen beds, two twin beds,
fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, gas barbecue, 2TVs, DVD,
VHS, TIVO, stereo with surround sound, high speed Internet at no
extra charge, radio, alarm clock, beach chairs and umbrella,
washer/dryer, iron & board, hair-dryer, and a lanai with outdoor
dining that has a beautiful view of the ocean and Hawaiian sunsets.
The complex has reserved parking at your unit and a lovely pool area
with waterfall, jacuzzi, picnic area and small fitness center. The
housekeeper will come in weekly dust, vacuum, clean the bathrooms,
sweep the front and back lanais.

The area offers a variety of activities including ocean front dining,
great snorkeling/diving, boogie boarding/surfing, reefs, ocean
activities, fishing, golf, star gazing, sightseeing, museums, ruins,
coffee farm tours, horse back riding, movie theaters and shops.
The Big Island is very diverse offering a variety of scenic drives
through tropical rain forests, waterfalls, snow capped mountain tops,
Parker Ranch, breath taking Waipi'o Valley, white, green and black
sand beaches, lava fields and Volcano National Park. Throughout the
year the area offers many events, craft and hula lessons, cultural
festivals and Luaus.
One of our favorites is Kahaluu Beach Park where you can buy lunch
and relax under a palm tree or rent gear on the beach. It is
fantastic for snorkeling with the Green Sea Turtles. Our other
favorite is Honaunau Bay where you can snorkle and sometimes the
dolphins join you.

Monthly rate for 30 days is $4170.  It includes weekly light house keeping.
Minimum stay is 30 days. Nightly rate is $139.00 for extra nights beyond 30 days.  For any stays under 30 days please contact owner directly.  There is a cleaning fee for any stays under 30 days.  General Excise Tax is 4% and Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25%
We require 25% and a $500 security deposit when booking with the
balance due 45 days before arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa or
Cashiers Cheque for payment.
