Reservation Policy:
- 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Security/Damage Deposit required ($1,000 due with balance)
* 11.5% added tax State mandated for all leases less
than 6 months.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund 30 days prior to arrival.
- 1/2 deposit refunded 15 days prior to arrival.
- Within 15 days of arrival deposit will be retained.
