Centrally located in the quaint little seaside village of Puerto Morelos, only a half block north from the village square and right on the beach, our villa provides spectacular ocean views from first and second floor living areas.

The apartments are part of a divided villa and not part of any large condo complex.
The apartments are comfortably equipped with ceiling fans. Lots of windows providing outstanding views of the ocean assure excellent airflow through the house.
Our airy and comfortable ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and air conditioning. Full kitchen and dining room opening onto the pool area and ocean side terrace. Wireless internet.
Toucan3 is our pool casita - this is a studio located on the ground
floor adjacent to the pool and on the beach. It has a bathroom and
small kitchen and wonderful views.
The one bedroom beachfront second floor apartment includes a
separate bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the
ocean. Take advantage of the tropical breezes. Sway in a Mexican
hammock and relax on the shady patio.Wireless internet.
The apartments can be rented separately or together for family and
friends. You can add an extra bedroom by using the Tower
bedroom (Toucan 4) or the self contained Pool casita.
We can arrange your airport transfers. There is a
weekly maid service and pool cleaning.
The pool has been completely renovated into a stunning beach front pool.
