Located in Old Seagrove Beach on an oak-canopied road, just a quarter mile east of Seaside. Lovely, shaded one block walk to public beach access (250 walking steps). Private heated pool (heated to 86 degrees for an add'l $30 per day plus tax) in screened enclosure, with hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking for 4 cars. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach, Seagrove Village Market, restaurants and Seaside. Charcoal grill.

First Level: Inviting entry porch with Adirondacks. Screened front porch with outdoor dining tables and chairs. Tile floors on this level. Combination family room and dining room adjoin the large kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, gas range, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and 2 sinks. Adjustable teak dining table seats 6 - 12 plus 4 more at breakfast bar. Family room features comfortable overstuffed sofas, two side chairs, ottomans, large TV, DVD, stereo, games, puzzles, and gas log fireplace. King master bedroom on this floor has TV, DVD, private exterior entrance, and a
private bath with pedestal sink and tub/shower. Half bath and full-sized washer/dryer are also on this level.

Second Level: Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. Large screened veranda with outdoor seating. King master bedroom has TV, DVD, dresser and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Queen bedroom has TV, armoire and a full sized baby crib. Kid's bunkroom has two bunk beds with 2 trundles underneath, plus 2 dressers. Playroom/Office has bunk with full-sized sofa/bed on bottom and twin bed on top, TV/VCR/DVD and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Shared hall bathroom has vanity sink and tub/shower.

Third Level: Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. Queen master bedroom features a dressers, large TV, DVD and a private bath with shower. This bedroom opens onto a balcony in the magnolia and oak tree canopy which has a spiral staircase to the rooftop gazebo. This spectacular outdoor area is equipped with Adirondack chairs, 2 hammocks and amazing views of the gulf over the tree tops. Catch the breezes and the sunset.

Scenic Hwy 30-A runs for 18.2 miles along unspoiled sandy white beaches and sea oat covered dunes, past freshwater coastal lakes and saltwater inlets and through hardwood hammocks, long leaf pines and coastal scrub oaks. The Beaches of South Walton is tucked away on Northwest Florida’s Gulf coast between Destin and Panama City and is known for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty.

Activities
An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.
As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
