Pure, simple and elegant. These series of beachfront “Honeymoon Cottages,” inspired by President Thomas Jefferson as he built Monticello, are the perfect setting for a romantic retreat. Perched perfectly behind the primary dune along the Gulf of Mexico, each cottage is furnished with a comforting neutral palette.

Beachfront 10 is part of the Sunburst Luxury Collection, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a 5 star luxury resort experience with all of the benefits...privacy, space and freedom...of a private home.
The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 2 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. Rates also include daily tidy ups and the departure clean. Our Guests will also enjoy a free daily newspaper of their choice (based on availability) and a one 'welcome' free coffee at either the Seaside or Rosemary Beach Amavida Coffee.  
You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us do your grocery shopping, make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time, including access to local private course Sharkstooth and discounts at Camp Creek, arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities.
The interiors features maple hardwood floors and ceiling fans. On the first floor you will find a queen bedroom with a LCD TV/DVD, built-in closets and drawers, bathrobes and two bedside tables with lamps. Leading from the bedroom are French doors to a private dune level screened-in porch with a Jacuzzi tub. The porch has curtains that can be drawn for complete privacy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. The second floor offers a small fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, frig, freezer, microwave, toaster oven and dining table. The living room features a wood-burning stove-style fireplace, LCD TV/DVD, wireless internet, comfortable sectional sofa and coffee table. A French door off the living room opens to a covered porch complete with 2 cocktail height chairs and table as well as a romantic hammock overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading. As well,
approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. Hikers,
bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking
trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that stretch from
the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay..
