decorated in the theme reminiscent of an ancient explorer’s sunken ship. No detail has been

stunning fireplace and imaginative lighting. Just 2 doors down from the Barbados Pool, this home 
sleeps up to 
12 people and offers the vacation experience of a lifetime.

Shangri-La offers guests privileges at Shark’s Tooth, Greg Norman’s premiere private golf course. You 
will also 
be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness

Ground Floor: Elegant French doors lead into the vaulted foyer which holds the custom made dining 
room table 
and 8 chairs. Arched entries frame the living room and kitchen. Gourmet kitchen features granite 
countertops, 
pecky cypress cabinetry, stainless Viking frig, Jennair glass top range, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, 
deep 
copper sink, wine frig, and built-in Miele expresso maker. Island has 2 tall bar stools. French doors 
open off 
kitchen to quiet shady backyard. Convenient powder room located off kitchen. Huge living room 
features 2 large 
sofas, 3 plush side chairs, work desk with lamp, ample side tables and lamps, gas log fireplace, 42” 
flat panel 
TV, DVD, whole house surround sound system, and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Master 
bedroom 
on this floor has a king bed, 42” flat panel TV, armoire, side chair with ottoman, 2 bedside tables 
and lamps plus 
a private bath with his and her vanity sinks and tub/shower.

Second Story: Second master bedroom is exactly the same size as the one on the ground floor and 
features a 
king bed, 42” flat panel TV, side chair, 2 bedside tables and lamps plus a private bath with his and 
her vanity 
sinks and walk-in shower. Third king bedroom has 2 bedside tables and lamps and shares a bath with 
the Twin 
bedroom which has a side chair, bedside table and lamp. The bath is between these two bedrooms and 
has a 
tub/shower. A large archway leads to the bunk room with its two built-in bunk beds (4 twins) each 
with its own 
reading lamp, 2 side chairs with 2 ottomans, 42” flat panel TV, and Blue Ray DVD player. Perfect for 
the kids, this 
huge area has ample floor space for them to spread out and a private bath with walk-in shower. The 
laundry 
room is off the bunk room. The second floor landing area looks down over the dining table and has 
French doors 
that open up to a gracious covered porch outfitted with 2 large wicker chairs with cushions and 
ottomans, an 
outdoor dining table that seats 4 and a cooling ceiling fan.

Outside: Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Quiet shady walled backyard with bubbling fountain. Gas

Activities and Attractions

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A 
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of 
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities, 
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail 
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading. As well, 
approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. Hikers, 
bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking 
trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that stretch from 
the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay..
