The home offers some very unique features and amenities. Probably the
best feature is the location. Situated in a secluded forest setting
next to Founders Park, Islamorada. Located at mile marker 87 on the
bay side and only two minutes from ocean by boat. The house is a
quite and private sanctuary completely surrounded by beautiful trees
with a private driveway leading to a community dock on open bay with
spectacular bay views.
This house is 2 stories with a wrap around terrace. It is on a very
large lot with lots of privacy. Great place to relax! It has three
bedrooms and three full bathrooms (two bedrooms feature king beds and
the third features 1 full size bed and a bunk beds with three single
beds, great for kids). The house has been fully renovated with a
beautiful kitchen and has a high end cottage feel to it.

and Tiki Bar. You can also enjoy the local spots like World Wide
Sportsman, Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State Park, and Theatre
of the Sea.
vacation rental rates
$2500.00 for monthly rental. $1800.00 security deposit required to
hold property. Full rental payment due 3 weeks before arrival. Half of
security deposit will be refunded upon cancellation at least 30
days prior to reservation. Entire security deposit refunded at end
of rental period if no damage or missing property.
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $250.00
Non-refundable Pet deposit of $250.00
