beds, great for kids). The house has been fully renovated with a
beautiful kitchen and has a high end cottage feel to it.

The house features many amenities such as;
Ping Pong table, 2 (2 person) Kayaks, Patio furniture with barbeque
area overlooking the
forest, Cable television, DVD players,
Community dock on open bay with fish cleaning station with water and
electric at dock. Dock can accommodate a small to medium size boat.

You can fish, snorkel, swim, around the community point area or the
dock. You can also enjoy the amenities next door at Founders Park
such as Olympic size heated pool, beach, baseball, basket ball courts
and soccer field also all bay front. Only minutes away by boat or
land are some really famous spots like the famous Islamorada Sand Bar

hold property. Full rental payment due 3 weeks before arrival. Half of
security deposit will be refunded upon cancellation at least 30
days prior to reservation. Entire security deposit refunded at end
of rental period if no damage or missing property.
