This recently remodeled 3 BR Beach House sits on top of a hill and overlooks the most beautiful white sand beach in Southern Ontario, and one of the best
swimming beaches in North American. The beach is steps away from your door, ample on site parking in this secure gated community on the north shore of Lake Erie. House offers a modern kitchen with dishwasher, two full baths, outdoor shower for beach sand clean off, huge 450 sq ft deck with a Million Dollar View, patio in the rear with stainless steel cooking grill.
This house is 20 mins from downtown Niagara Falls, Ontario with world
class Casino Gambling and Las Vegas style enterainment, the Falls and
all of the Historical and tourist related activties including Marine Land, 
Wax Museum, Circle Soleil Circus, and hundreds of other
attractions. We are 35 minutes from historical Niagara on the Lake.
Ft. George, boutique shopping and fine dining restaurants, and the
Niagara Wine Country and vineyards. Crystal Beach is 90 mins from
Toronto, Ontario and 20 mins from downtown Buffalo, NY.
We are next door to the Crystal Beach Tennis and Yacht Club.

House is equipped with satellite TV, washer and dryer, all linens, towels
beach towels and deck charis provided. Deck table with seating for six (6)
Walking distance to several restaurants offering lunch, casual and more formal dining. Also walking distance to several "Beach and Sports" type bars offering daily entertainment and activities.
NO DOGS, CATS, etc: big, small, cute, ugly, young, old! NO ANIMALS!
Family members have severe allergies...

Swimming, boating, sailing, Jet Skiing, fishing, beach volleyball and
other beach sports, beach bonfires and parties, beach concerts.
There are over a dozen golf courses within a 25 minute ride,
including championship courses like Legends, Thundering Waters,
Hunter's Point and Penisula Lakes. Enjoy all of these activities, or
just a relaxing day on the beach in the sun.  See historical Ft. Erie, Ft. George, Ft. Niagara, the Welland Canal, Port Dalhousie, the Shaw Festival, The Niagara Wine Country tours and restaurants.

May 24 thru June 16th                   $1,000 per week
June 16 thru thru Labor Day -         $1,500 per week

Labor day weekend thru September $ 800 per week.

This house rents for FULL WEEKS ONLY. The week is Saturday from 2PM
until Saturday 10 AM. $250 non refundable deposit with reservation,
balance due 30 days before rental week. I get many, many inquiries
looking for 2-3 day stays, this is not possible.. FULL WEEK INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE
