Midland, this Georgian Bay property is all about the beach. High up
on the second row with a great water view from the front deck and a
walk down the path to a beach that you have to see and feel to
believe. This is dead center of this sought after 1/2 mile of pure
sand beach that brings people from all over the world to enjoy, year
after year. No weeds, no rocks, just pure soft, puffy, beach sand and
the cleanest, bluest, clearest, fresh water in the world.
This is in the middle of a quiet unique enclave of privately owned
summer homes with no commercial properties within a mile.
So, although you have water views from the deck and inside the
cottage, you have a 250' stroll down to the beach over a wooden
boardwalk and sandy path through the dunes. Its actually closer
to the water than many front row cottages on Crusoe Bay Beach
but nonetheless second row. To anyone who has seen it, its a
non issue but we feel important you understand fully.
Safe for children as long as you bring sunscreen and sunglasses for
everyone. A gentle sloping beach with no dangerous drop offs makes
it safer and more fun, but you do need to keep your eye on small
children near any water.
Sunsets you'll remember forever. Have you seen the green flash? Your
view is due west and these sunsets have actually been documented in
National Geographic as among the world's best.

microwave and dishwasher.
Two bedrooms. One with a queen and one with a double and a
single. New bathroom with Tub/shower and granite top vanity.
Water view deck with lots of seating including four lounge chairs and
gas barbeque. Cable TV.
We supply pillows, blankets and kitchen tea towels. YOU bring your
own sheets, pillowslips and towels.
The owners live nearby and have summered here for sixty years and
will help ensure that you will have a family vacation that will keep
you coming back for years.
The cottage recently underwent complete renovations and refurnishing.

6 miles across the peninsula are Midland and Historic
Penetanguishene. There you will find The Martyr's Shrine, Saint

marinas, Town docks, 100,000 Island Cruises, three excellent golf
courses, scuba wreck diving charters and all kinds of fishing.
