Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful home on Rollins Lake near Grass Valley. Three bedroom, two 
baths, panoramic windows look right at Rollins Lake, wrap around 
deck, shared swimming pool. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely furnished, two queens, one full, one king size beds. Beds 
are made, towels in the bathroom. Kitchen is completely stocked, 
full size refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, coffee maker, 
toaster, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans. Electric stove and 
oven, microwave, Central heat and air conditioning ,
 washer and dryer. Weber BBQ. Patio furniture, and on 
site supply room for anything you may need during your stay. 
Television with direct tv.  

Activities and Attractions

Swimming in lake or pool, water skiiing, jet skiing, boat rentals 
near by. The American, Bear, and Yuba rivers near by. The historic 
towns of Nevada City , Grass Valley, and Colfax just minutes away. 
Golf courses, movie theaters,restaurants near by. 45 minutes to 
Truckee. We have on site, ping pong, and volleyball..   

Vacation Rental Rates

$2000.00 per week plus 10% bed tax, $300.00 per night plus 10% bed 
tax. Minimum stay 3 nights.
