Cape Escape in Hyannis

This classic Cape home retains the summer getaway feeling while incorporating  the modern conveniences of a year-round home. The main floor features 2 bedrooms, a queen and a double twin. A modern, bright kitchen with dishwasher leads to an enclosed year-round sun room. There are ceiling fans, air conditioning, and Direct TV. 

Property is on a tree-lined road in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy our regulation-sized pool table, card table, and fitness machines. For your use: washer and dryer, grill, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, ice maker, iron, hair dryer, stereo system, beach chairs.  Relax outside in a large private fenced-in backyard - big enough for touch football or volley ball games - and enjoy the use of the barbecue grill and picnic table. There is even an outdoor enclosed shower!!

While visiting, take a short drive to find a wonderful golf course and some of the most beautiful beaches in the country or take in a day of great fresh-water fishing. The Centerville/Hyannis area is home to many of the finest restaurants on the Cape, and the nightlife in Hyannis is fun for all ages.
There are carousel rides and amusement centers, mini-golf, batting cages and go-karts. Enjoy a beautiful walk while browsing through the classic and eclectic shops of the area. Take a relaxing, sight-seeing train ride or a ferry ride to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. The Melody Tent features first rate shows throughout the summer.
