Beach Dreams-Private Spot in Wells

This cottage is located in The Dunes village of Beach Dreams. Our
cottage has two bedrooms, one queen sized bed and one with two
twins. The queen room has a new flat screen tv. And we just bought a brand new sleeper sofa with a queen mattress.
We have a fully applianced kitchen with white beadboard
cabinets which opens up into the living room with cathedral
ceilings. We just installed hardwoods in the living room.
And we added ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
Off the living area is a covered deck which looks out
onto the woods which gives it a more private feel. We just added an outside living set with couch and chairs.  And there is also a table and chairs set up outside the cottage for outside dining.
No smoking, no pets. Thank you.

Beach Dreams is a gated community centrally located off of Route 1.
Minutes from Wells and Oquinquit Beach. The complex offers a
variety of activities for families to enjoy. The clubhouse is a
great place to meet and relax at one of the pools or use the
jacuzzi. Or go inside and use the pool table, video games or
exercise room. The clubhouse is also equipped with bathrooms and
showers for your convenience. There is also another pool that is
situated even closer to our unit. As well as tennis and bocce
courts.

The Wells area includes beautiful beaches, boating, golfing, mini
golf, fishing charters, walking and hiking trails. There are many
restaurants in the area. And we are only minutes away from downtown
Ogunquit which offers lots of night life and shopping. Their is a
trolly stop right at Beach Dreams to connect you to the nearby
beaches, shopping and restaurants in the Wells/Ogunquit area.

May 1, 2013 - June 22, 2013 $800/weekly or
$125/night (3 night minimum)

June 22, 2013 - August 31, 2013 $1000/weekly

Sept. 3, 2013 - October 30, 2013 $700/weekly
$125/night (3 night minimum)

Additional 7% Maine rental tax

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the week. The final payment is due no later than two weeks before the rental.
