romantic weekend getaway. Our beach condo allows you to relax and  
enjoy a vacation with memories that will last a lifetime. 
  
When you arrive sit on your private balcony and enjoy a bottle of wine, complimentary from us.   
Watch the sailboats come into the harbor as the sun sets into the blue Pacific  
Ocean.  
 
This lovely beach condo has views to the whitewater sands of the Pacific Ocean, Marina Harbor, and  
tropical Hawaiian gardens with cascading waterfalls. 
 
Our beach condo can easily sleep 1 to 5 guests. One bedroom, one bath/shower along  
with two futon couches in the family room that pull out into full size beds. Bed linens and towels  
provided. Kitchen is ready to provide all your breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs. Buy groceries  
close by and you save the cost of dining out, or, there are fine restaurants a short walk from our  
beach condo to the harbor. Ice cream for the kids, coffee bar for adults. 
 
3 miles of Southern California pristine beaches await you and your family. No cars are needed and no  
roads to cross. We provide beach chairs, towels, sand buckets and boogey boards for the kids. Bring  
a book to read while the kids build sandcastles. Collect sea shells on the beach as gifts for your  
family and friends back home. We are steps from the beach. 
 
At North Coast Village where our beach condo is located you will be safe in a privately gated  
community, 24/7 security on premises. Walk through 12 acres of lush tropical gardens, cascading  
waterfalls, feed the Japanese Koi in our ponds, 2 resort swimming pools and jacuzzis, work out  
fitness center and saunas, ping pong and billiard tables, foesball and family activity room. Library  
and putting green.

Season: June - July - August       $1250 per week         Saturday to Saturday only 
              
 
 
Lodging tax 10% of rental fee

$250 Security deposit (fully refundable after Check-out) 
 
Holiday Rates $249 per night. 3 night min.
