January - May - $135 Weekday rate per night (2 night min.) $165 Weekend rate per night (2 night min.) $899 per week $2650 per month
June, July August - $1150 per week - 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
September - December - $135 Weekday rate per night (2 night min.) $165 Weekend rate per night (2 night min.) $899 per week $2650 per month
Holiday Rates are $199 per night (3 night min.) New Years, President's
Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. The week of Christmas through New Year is $1250.
Lodging tax 11% of rental fee added
Cleaning fee - $100
Security Deposit is waived with credit card payment.
Note: There is a Security Deposit of $250 if rental payment is made
with personal or cashier's check.
Rates for multiple, consecutive months are discounted 5%
USMC Camp Pendleton military discount for visiting families 5%

This is a Smoke Free Beach Condo (No Smoking Allowed in our condo or
on our private balcony)
Smoking is allowed in common area around North Coast Village.
Pets are not allowed at the North Coast Village Resort
