Sit on your private balcony and watch the sailing boats come in and out of the Harbor into the Pacific Blue Ocean as the sun sets. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine when you arrive to start your vacation. Wake up each morning to the cool ocean breezes and sounds of water cascading through tropical Hawaiian gardens outside our home.

We supply beach chairs, towels, sand buckets, boogey boards and white sandy beaches with surf. Bring a book to read while the kids build sandcastles. Collect sea shells along 3 miles of pristine beaches as gifts and memories of your vacation.

Resort swimming pool, grotto jacuzzi, koi ponds, exercise rooms with saunas, ping pong and billiards along with a putting green and library for our guests to use with no added expense.

Our beach condo can easily sleep 1 to 5 guests. One bedroom, one
bath/shower along with two futon couches in the family room that pull out into full size beds. Additional fold our bed also included. Bed linens and towels provided. Kitchen is ready to provide all your breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs. Buy groceries close by and you save the cost of dining out, or, there are fine restaurants a short walk from our beach condo to the harbor. Ice cream for the kids, coffee bar for adults.

We are steps from the beach. At North Coast Village where our beach home is located you will be safe in a privately gated community, 24/7 security on premises. Walk through 12 acres of lush tropical gardens, cascading waterfalls, feed the Japanese Koi in our ponds. You can plan your day's activities with your family and friends using all the ammenities North Coast Village offers or go explore San Diego. The fun awaits you!

June, July August - $1250 per week - 7 nights (Sat. to Sat.)                                                  

Holiday Rates are $199 per night (3 night min.) New Years, President's
Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. The week of Christmas through New Year is $1150.
Lodging tax 10% of rental rate
One Time Cleaning fee - $80
No Security Deposit with credit card on file.
Note: There is a Security Deposit of $250 if rental payment is made
with personal check.
Rates for multiple, consecutive months are discounted 5%
USMC Camp Pendleton military discount for visiting families 5%

This is a Smoke Free Beach Condo (No Smoking Allowed in our condo or
on our private balcony)
Smoking is allowed in common area around North Coast Village.
