Vacation Rental Description

 Beautiful lake front home, totally remodeled in a cozy nautical  
theme. The house is conveniently located to several attractions,  
and is close to interstate 81. The city of Syracuse is 13 miles  
away, and the airport is approximately 10 miles away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is totally remodeled and has three bedrooms, 1 large full  
bath, and a half bath in the master bedroom. The kitchen has a new  
range, micro wave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a refrigerator  
with ice and water through the door. All city utilities are on site,  
including water, sewer, gas, and cable. The futon in the living room  
converts to a queen sleeper. There are two tv's, a vhs player and  
dvd player. Sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom open  
to the large two tier deck, overlooking the lake. From the deck it  
is just a short distance to the water and the 50 Ft. dock and boat  
lift. You may also have the use of the gas grill, canoe and a peddle  
boat. A washer and dryer are on the premises for your conveinience.  
There is a new furnace, and central air, making it great for  
comfortable year round use.

Activities and Attractions

Oneida lake boasts some of the best year round fishing in NY State.  
Ice fishing is very popular, and Walleye fishing is excellent. The  
lake is 25 miles long and is great for all water sports and  
snowmobiling. Sylvan Beach is located on the east side of the lake,  
and has restaurants, shopping and an amusement park. There are many  
parks, and waterfront taverns with dockage. Oneida lake is part of  
the NY State Canal System, and  if your adventurous, it is possible  
to travel by boat to other rivers and lakes including Lake Ontario,  
and the St. Lawrence river! Don't worry if it rains, Turning Stone  
Casino is about 25 minutes away, and Syracuse is only 13 miles away.  
Syracuse has numerous attractions such as the zoo, The dinosaur  
barbacue, and shopping at the carousel mall.    

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as stated. Off season rate is $ 650.00/wk. High season is   
$800.00/wk. High season is from May 24th through September 16th.  
Discounts given for multi-month rentals. Non refundable  
deposit is required to reserve your time period. There is a  
refundable cleaning deposit of $100.00. Please call or E-
