blocks from the main square. Everything you need is within walking distance. 
 
The house is a renovated colonial that has a main floor with 2 bedroom, main living room, reading  
room, 2 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen and an interior court yard complete with water fountain. The  
back yard has a huge patio and a large pool with a cascading waterfall down the 2 story wall. 
 
Walk up to the 2nd level and you will find the master suite complete with a bathroom, large terrace  
and views out over the back yard and court yard. 
 
The outstanding feature of this home is the roof top terrace. Here you will find sitting areas, bar  
area, dart board, and bathroom. View the cathedrals lit up at night while enjoying the tropical  
breezes. You won't want to leave. Sunsets are spectacular.

Christmas/New Years: $2999 for each week 
 
January - April: $1500 2-4 persons, $2000 6 persons 
 
May - August: 999 for 2 persons, $1100 4 persons, $1500 6 persons 
 
September - October: $799 for 2 persons, $999 for 4 persons, $1250 for 6 persons, $1500 for 8 persons
