cottage. Includes air conditioner, washer/dryer (most units),
coffee maker, toaster, microwave, grill (gas or charcoal), cable
t.v., dvd/vcr and much more. Choose from units with open decks,
farmer's porches, 3-season porch or sunrooms. Nearby beaches and
attractions are just a trolley ride away!
Vacation Rental Amenities
2 pool areas, kiddie pool, 2 jacuzzi's, fitness center, tennis
court, boccee ball courts and arcade/game room and new this season,
wi-fi and a basketball court.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates are $1050 - $1300 per week during peak periods from June 21 -
September 5 and $750.00 per week during off-season periods from May
1 - June 20 and September 6 - October 31. During off-peak periods we
accept 2-night minimum reservations for $120.00 per night. All
rates are subject to 7% Maine Lodging Tax and $75.00 cleaning fee.
