vacation rental rates
Rates are $1100 - $1700 per week during peak periods from July 4-Sept 11 and $950.00-$1400.00 per week during mid-season periods from May 30-July 3rd and Sept 12-Oct. 2. Off Season Rates $800-$1000 apply from May 1 - May 29 and Oct 3-Oct 31
During mid and off-peak periods we accept 2-night minimum reservations from $125.00 - $190.00 per night. All rates are subject to 7% Maine Lodging Tax and $75.00 cleaning fee.
