Paradise at the Princess-Yes, we are on the beach! in Panama City Beach

My family and I welcome you to the Princess, our 16th floor beach paradise. Our condo is where you want to spend your vacation.  We rent Saturday to Saturday only during peak season. When inquiring, please include telephone number.
The Princess is  one of the most elegant complexes on Thomas Drive. There are not many that compare to the Princess. YOU are just steps away from the  brillant white sand and emerald green gulf. We are right on the beach, NOT ACROSS THE STREET.  It's a sight to behold.
Our rooms are large and not cramped, 1744 sq. feet + 288 sq ft balcony=2032 sq ft.

If you want a quieter, less congested place with a family atmosphere or desire a romantic get-away, the Princess is your vacation dream. You have your privacy, yet you are near wonderful, famous restaurants and any and all kinds of entertainment.We are located on the east end of Thomas Drive, the perfect location for a quiet, yet lively time, whatever you choose.  Pier Park is open in PCB, a great place to do many things with the family.

is decorated in bright, cheerful colors. The beach cottage decor truly helps you escape to your
paradise. This three bedroom/three bath, sleeps 8-10 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, second bedroom has two full beds, third bedroom has queen-size bed, and also a queen-size sofa sleeper is in the living area.
The gulf view is magnificent across the entire front of the condominium, master bedroom, kitchen, and living area. 
The guest bedroom has a view of the bay, and in the evening, the distant view of the Hathaway Bridge and the lights from the streets and homes, on the bay are a sight to behold.  The view of the gulf from the front of condo and balcony is exactly what you see in my pictures, AWESOME!

The Princess Condominiums have only 74 units in the complex. No hassle parking, ( and not across the street parking); chairs are always available at the three pools. There are three elevators, ( security code required), and there is NEVER a long wait for an elevator.  Other places can't compare to the elegance and serenity of the Princess and the east end of Thomas Drive's noncongested area. Your family will be overwhelmed by the beauty and tranquility that only the Princess can offer.
I also own a 2 bdr/2ba at the Princess, next door to this 3 bd/3ba condo. I will send you pictures of my 2 bd/2ba if you are interested in reserving it. It' s 1595 sq. ft + 288 sq ft balcony=1883 sq ft & sleeps 8 w/ queen sleep sofa..

THERE ARE MANY CHOICES of shops, As Seen on TV, Coldwater Creek, Dillards, Pennys, Ulta, Chicos, Hollister, SUPER TARGET, Old Navy just to name a few. There is a Grand Theater with 16 screens.  There are many things to do at Pier Park. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!

Monthly rates-available Nov. -March 21st- will rent as 2 or 3 bedroom condo during winter-($1900. mo. 3 bd rate)-($1750. mo. 2 bd rate) taxes, utilities and fees included-rates for 2 1/2 mos. We can lock off one bedroom/one bath and give the 2 bedroom rate, $1750. :)

 3 OR 4 MONTH WINTER SPECIAL RATE-Rent condo Nov.-March 21st or Dec. through March 21st and receive discount-$1800. mo. for 3 bd/3ba or 2 bd/2ba- $1650. mo. when rented as 2 bd/2ba

THE PRINCESS has varied activities for our winter guests, and many amenities that bring our guests back year after year. It's a smaller complex , ONLY 74 total units. We have an indoor heated pool, and 2 outside pools and a HOT TUB waiting for you each day.  Water areobics are offered among one of the fun activities, also dinners & outings with the winter guests that choose to participate with group discounts at different restaurants; A winter delight of fun, games, activities, and plenty of time to rest and relax. Come join the winter haven at the Princess.
