Linden Avenue, which offers a variety of antique shops, restaurants,
grocery markets, and a movie theater. While surrounded by the beauty
of the ocean, lush parks, protected wetlands and the majestic Santa
Ynez Mountains, Seashell Beach Rentals is also only a ten minute
drive to Downtown Santa Barbara and an hour and a half drive (or
train ride) from Los Angeles.

At Seashell Beach Rentals, each light and bright 2 bedroom unit is
individually decorated and comfortably appointed with care and can
sleep up to 6 guests.

Kitchens are fully equipped with large refrigerator/freezers,
oven/stovetop, microwaves, coffeemakers, toaster ovens and everything
you would need for meal preparation.

Upper units have balconies (some with mountain views) and we also
have ground level units. Each unit also includes a telephone, cable
TV, and DVD player. You may want to take a dip in the heated pool
(in summer) or perhaps enjoy a meal in the courtyard patio. You
won't want to miss Carpenteria's spectacular sunsets!

Laundry facilities and parking are also on site.

The World's Safest Beach is 1/2 block away with swimming, snorkeling.
