Vacation Rental Description
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath half duplex is beautifully decorated and neat
as a pin! The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open to each
other with sliding glass doors leading out to a deck, patio and the
canal. The hall will lead you to the first bedroom with twin beds, the
second bedroom, which is the master, with a king size bed and the last
bedroom which has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a private
bath with a separate tub (with spa jets) and shower. A hall bath with
a tub/shower combination serves the living areas and the other two
bedrooms. An interconnecting door between the queen bedroom and hall
bath can turn it into a suite if the third bedroom is not being used.
The galley style kitchen is open at both ends for traffic flow and has
a dishwasher and microwave oven. Tile floors throughout for easy
upkeep. Hall utility room with washer and dryer. There is a TV in the
living room, one in the master bedroom and one in the queen bedroom.
The 30'concrete dock has a fish cleaning table and a bait freezer is
just steps away. The run from the dock to the ocean is just minutes away!
Cabana Club Membership included! A 65' heated swimming pool and
stretch of sandy beach await you just three blocks away. Enjoy the
