The 'Castel Del Mare' Waterfront Community offers 2 heated pools, one situated on the inter coastal  
waterway with beautiful waterviews. Clubhouse, tennis court, fishing pier, shuffleboard, nature  
walk. There is one assigned parking & guest parking space.

Activities and Attractions

Just a short walk over the South Bridge to Siesta Key and the beautiful white sandy Beaches. Walk to  
shopping and fine dining. Enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer including St. Armands Circle, the  
Ringling Museum, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and much more. The nearby Marina at the South Bridge  
offers everything for the water sports enthusiast including: Boating, Fishing & Watercraft Rental,  
Parasail and much more. 90 minutes drive to Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Please note that the above rates do not include the required payment of Florida sales tax of 11% and  
the one time non refundable application fee of $50. The cleaning charge of $100 will be assessed  
upon departure. 
A refundable deposit of $500 is required upon making the reservations. A rental lease agreement must  
be executed wich will cover the duration of the stay as required by the home owner assosiation. All  
rental payments are due 45 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations made 90 days prior to rental  
receive full refund. No exeptions. All utilities will be paid by owner, excluding long distance  
phone calls. This is a non smoking and no pets unit!
