This home was just completed the beginning of 2007 and makes you
feel
like you are perched in the trees overlooking the gorgeous emerald
green waters of the Gulf of Mexico..........

I have two bedrooms on first level with private baths...one of the
bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a queen sofa
sleeper

The Master suite is on the third level with a KING canopy bed and is
very private.
From your bed in the Master bedroom you can view the white sand
dunes
and the beautiful water. Just outside the double French Doors of
your
master suite, you can relax on the open balcony and view the sun as
it sets into the water or enjoy your morning coffee while watching
the water and hearing the surf. I also have monogramed Cypress
Ritzz robes hanging in the closet for our guests to use while they
relax in our romantic Private Master Suite on the Third floor....

The home has all wood floors with floor to ceiling windows that
allow you to capture nature, which totally surrounds you.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a gas range and
all utensils, should you choose to whip up a gourmet meal. If a
cocktail is all you wish to make, while you are working hard at
putting your drink together, you will also enjoy the views of the
water from the living, kitchen and dining, as well as the covered
porch overlooking the clubhouse and Gulf.................

And if you just cannot get away from business...we have wireless
connection.........in addition.........if you would rather not bring
your computer, we have set up the downstairs den with a computer and
internet connection for your convenience......what more can you ask
for?

THe elegant and Carribean Island feeling Beach CLub is directly
across the street from Cypress Ritzz. THis beach club offers a full
gym, an infinity pool, a hot tub and a special outdoor
fireplace and sitting area to enjoy those cool evenings during our
fall and spring nights. We also supply you with a shuttle to
transfer you to the beach if you desire. Since we are surrounded
by
State Park, Tops'l STate Park, it is against the law to cross over
the dunes, therefor the provided shuttle.



The location could not be more perfect! YOU are approximately 10
minutes to a movie theater, 5 minutes to the best shopping in the
world, 5 to 10 minutes to several great golf courses, 3-15 minutes
to at least ten wonderful restaurants and 13 minutes to the
internationally known community of SEASIDE.
However, the location of our home and small community is also tucked
away, allowing the quiet of the Tops'l State Preserve to be the
focus
of your senses. You will not be disappointed. Life is good at the
Cypress Ritzz. Come and enjoy

Also, I live very close to the Cypress Ritzz, and if you should
desire any special touches, ie..flowers, or have your refrigerator
filled, just email me in advance and I will do whatever I can to
make your stay extremely special.

Bike trail: There is an 18 mile bike trail which begins at this spot and continues all the way to
Rosemary
beach on the east end of 30A.
