nearly 100 years old. This beautiful second floor apartment is completely updated, has a pull-out
queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, full bathroom, fantastic kitchen, washer & dryer, and internet
access. You can't beat the location - walk down the stairs and you'll find restaurants & bars,
shopping galore, music & entertainment - everything you need for a wonderful vacation. And if you
want to spend some time on the beach or in our neighboring village of Douglas you can rent a scooter
or take the local Saugatuck trolley.

Perfect Saugatuck getaway spot

My wife and I love Saugatuck, and staying at the Curry made our last visit perfect. This little gem was exactly the right size for us both (and our bicycles), included a washer and dryer, and a great layout above a neat little store. The owner was gracious and fantastic to work with, and responded quickly to emails and text messages.

I'd definitely recommend this property to any couple who are looking to have a great downtown Saugatuck experience. Parking was relatively ample considering our visit was over a June weekend, and the sounds of the street (and live music from The Butler) can drift up to the bay window, reminding you that there's plenty to do as soon as you open the door. Don't miss the Sand Dollar Saloon for drinks (cash only, as the signs remind you), Phil's Bar and Grille for upscale pub food, and the Hickory Pit for the best dining experience in town. All are just a short walk away from the Curry and are worth a visit.

We're already planning for another weekend on the water later this summer, and this will be the only rental property I contact for availability.

Recommended for: sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Fantastic Rental!!!!

My experience at The Curry was one of the best I have had. The studio was in a great location in the town and walking distance to the water. It was recently renovated and was very cute and modern. The rental was extremely clean and the Murphy bed, which pulled down from the wall, was very comfy. The owner of the rental made sure that I had access to the rental when I arrived and that all of my needs were met. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again and in fact, I hope I have the opportunity to plan another visit next year.

Recommended for: sight seeing, romantic getaway
