Vacation Rental Description

Paniolo Hale is located next to the west end's beautiful beaches. 
C3 is a newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bath non-smoking unit. Privately  
located, C3 offers garden views and a partial ocean view. This  
corner unit features french doors on two sides that open to the  
screened wrap-around lanai. Because C3 is open on 2 sides,the breeze  
flows freely through the unit keeping the temperature in the condo  
between 70-80 degrees year round. The floors are wood throughout.  
The cathedral ceilings are also wood with opening skylights in the  
bathroom and kitchen. There is a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully  
stocked with all the amenities of home and more. The comfortable  
living room has a newly purchased full size futon couch and swivel  
chair. The bathroom is remodeled with new tiles throughout. The  
bamboo loungers on the lanai invite you to rest, relax, and read. C3  
is a 1,000 square foot, 1 story unit, easily accessible from the  
parking lot, with handicap parking available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include king size bed, full size new futon couch,  
washer/dryer in unit, cable TV, DVD/CD/VCR player, ceiling fan,  
answering machine, cordless phone, and hair dryer.  The kitchen is  
fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, rice cooker,  
blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder and toaster. There are beach  
chairs, , beach mats, a cooler, 2 boogie boards, masks, fins and  
snorkels for the beach. Paniolo Hale has a community gas grill,  
pool, and wireless internet service available in office.

watching (in winter), deep sea fishing, sailing, horse back riding,  
Kalaupapa tours and mule ride, coffee plantation tours and relaxing,  
west end sunsets.
