Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful condo on the caribbean ocean has 4 bedrms, 3 full  
baths.Kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining room with a  
table and 8 chairs.  
The spacious living room has a TV,VCR,Dvd, Radio/CD/Cassette player,  
games,books, and prerecorded movies. This lovely condo has veranda  
off both the dining and living room area with a breathtaking wiew  
of the ocean. The Master bedroom has a T.V. a king bed and full bath. 
a 2nd bedroom has T.V/VCR a queen and single bed. 3rd bedroom has 1 
single bed and a double bed also regular sofa, the 4th has two  
singles with a full bath. There is also the third bath down stairs  
by the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. All 3 bathrms have hairdryers. 
The condo is air-conditioned and also has celing fans in all rooms.  
Daily maid service and linens are provided, in the price.  
Bottled water 5 gal is available/in elect.hot/cold dispenser,(1  
bottle furnished) you buy rest at store for about $2.50 ea. Plus  
there is a security (safe) box. The property has Life guards and  
security guards. There is plenty of chaise lounges at the 3 pools,  
which are daily washed. No smoking EXCEPT on the veranda please.  
Cable T.V. Balcony has table and chairs.There are 2 phones in the  
condo. This is a privately owned 2 level condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 pools on grounds, a Tennis Court, Grocery Store,Restaurant (which  
goes & comes) Pool Bar, has sandwiches & drinks but in low season  
not always open every day of the week.(as not enough bus. to warrent  
being open) Parking on Premises.  
Kukulucan Plaza across the street for shopping. Bank next  
door with good exchange as any where. Bus service out  
front and taxi's. Manager office on the complex who will see to any 
problems and will book tours for you or transfer you for a fee to  
the airport.

Activities and Attractions

Golfing, (2). resturants, diving, tours available, fishing, surfing, 
boating, water skiing, and jet skiing also parisaling, on the beach, 
flea markets, and many shops in two malls with walking dist. Grocery  
and Liquor store, on complex and in malls,also a wal-mart in Cancun  
and many lg. Mex. grocery stores.. 
I also send you a form letter with lots of good advice and the rules  
of the complex. A restaurant guide that I have composed due to using  
them myself..ones we liked.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan.6-Apr.30-$1850/wk-8 guests------daily rate-$285 
May 1--Aug. 31-$1750/wk-8 gurests----daily rate-$270 
Sept.1-Nov.17-$1550/wk-8 guests------daily rate-$240 
Nov. 18-Dec. 22-$1750/wk 8 guests---daily rate-$270 
Dec.23-Jan.5-$2800/wk-8 guests---extra dates $400/day. 
$105per wk/for each additional person added, after 8 people. 
If 2-6 people, will rent for 2 BR or 3 BR lower rates, except in  
holiday season. Please contact us for rates. 
30% of price required for deposit & and balance due 30 days prior to  
arrival date.
