Vacation Rental Description

2 Bedroom Roundhouse: Living room with fireplace, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, stove,  
microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, etc., and washing machine & dryer. Located on Beech  
Mountain and includes club membership (e.e., golf course, pool, tennis, jogging path, fitness club  
(within 1 mile), skiing and ice skating are directly across the street). 
 
Check in time:   4:00 p.m. 
Check out time: 10:00 a.m. 
Required Stay:  2 night minimum

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has two bedrooms (room1 has a queen bed, room2 has 2 single beds and includes linens);  
there  
is a loft area, and two quality air mattresses that sleep comfortably. The full bathroom has tub/  
shower/sink/toilet, 1/2 bath has toilet/sink (incl towels/soap). The kitchen contains a dishwasher,  
refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dining table and chairs, stove/oven, blender, toaster, & coffee  
maker; there is also a washer and dryer (incl laundry soap). The livingroom has full set of  
furniture  
as well as a fireplace (incl firewood), TV, DVD, cable, CD, radio and VCR, and internet and phone  
use (local  
only). Housekeeping is included. There is a wood deck outside the kitchen sliding glass door that  
leads to a table/chairs with view. In the community center you will find: internet access, tennis  
court, outdoor swimming pool, golf, etc.

mountaineering, golf.

Deposit:  $100.00 security deposit. Non-refundable with pets. 
Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the rent is due upon making your reservation, balance upon arrival. If you  
cancel and house is re-rented there is a $50.00 fee. If you cancel and the hous is not re-rented  
half  
of the rent is non-refundable.
