people. It has a large well equipped kitchen and a large hot tub in
the backyard. Built in 2001, this house has beautiful bay views and
is situated on the canal with a boat dock. So
bring your toys and have some fun or just crab or fish from your
own dock. Its just a short walk to the beach.Old landing rd is about
102nd st. on coastal highway

We want your stay to be as relaxing and comfortable for you so we
offer these accommodations: First floor, bedroom with queen bed,
powder room, large kitchen with pantry and breakfast bar, large
table in eating area, family room with sofa and TV.
Second floor, master bedroom with bath and queen bed, second bedroom
with queen bed and twin, third bedroom twin, Forth bedroom/TV
room,full futon. Full bathroom in hall.
Upstairs sliders from bedrooms 2 and 4 to deck with bay view.
Backyard has a large deck with gas barbeque, a patio that goes up to
the recessed dock and a hot tub. Out side shower with hot water.
Washer and Dryer

Wave runner lift. Parking for 4 cars. Short walk to beach

Besides the great beach you have plenty of things to do. Boardwalk
with amusement parks, fishing pier and charter boats for deep sea
fishing, many golf courses to choose from, water park and many
miniture golf courses. Assateague Island with the wild ponies is a
short ride away. Historical city of Berlin another short ride, with
great antiquing. Tax free shopping near by at the Reoboth outlets.
