$1750/wk (no monthly rentals accepted during this period) - June 15-Aug 31 

$2065/wk - Dec 15-Jan 5.  10 day  min stay. 

All rates subject to hotel tax (TAT+GET) of 13.95% tax & one time $150 check-out cleaning fee.  Credit cards accepted from our international guests.

10% Military and Kamaaina Discounts apply except for Dec 15-Jan 5.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 60
days or more prior to move-in are refundable, minus $50.00 administration fee.
Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to move-in are 90% refundable if another renter is found (paying the same rate)for the time you reserved. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to move-in are not refundable.
