Seasonal rental, renter pays utilities; owners  pay homeowners fee, includes tabletop computer, yard maintenance.  Pet fee $300-500 for carpet cleaning or damage. Not allowed on furniture please (includes beds)

Deposit same as monthly rental:  $1,250 for 12 mo lease and deposit will be applied toward cleaning fee; excess utilities costs and any damages.  Remainder returned within 30 days after lease expires.  Renter pays all utilities.

Deposit same as monthly rental of $1,750 for 6-11 month lease includes same inclusions as above.     

Deposit same as monthly rental of $1,950/month for 3-5 month lease same inclusions as above.
