Long term lease of 6-12 months preferred - The longer the lease the more the savings

MINIMUM OF THREE MONTH LEASE, but check schedule to see if there is a month here and there in between long leases and we will consider renting during those individual open months.

Seasonal rental includes utilities between $100-$200 depending on length of lease; homeowners fee, basic plus cable/broadband wireless internet, tabletop computer, yard maintenance; local/long distance calls to any USA destination!  (perks average $300/mo) 

Deposit same as monthly rental:  $1,550 for 12 mo lease and deposit will be applied toward cleaning fee; excess utilities costs and any damages.  Remainder returned within 30 days after lease expires.

Deposit same as monthly rental of $1,750 for 6-11 month lease includes same inclusions as above except includes utilities up to $150/month.    

Deposit same as monthly rental of $1,950/month for 3-5 month lease same inclusions as above except includes up to $100/month.
