Constructed of beautiful timbers, this 2,240 sq. ft., five bedroom retreat is set on a knoll surrounded by strong cedars. Master bedroom and bath on first floor.   Four bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom with a king size bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The great room welcomes you with a massive stone fireplace and tongue-and-groove ceiling with skylights.  The house features log railings, rough-cut oak flooring, custom  kitchen with granite counter tops, screened porch and large outdoor deck, dining room with antler chandelier and first floor utility room with washer and dryer.

Amenities include air conditioning; washer; dryer; linens provided: you should bring additional bath towels if you are a group greater than four; garage; parking for boat and trailer (no RV/camper parking); and Door County two story fieldstone fireplace with 7 1/2 foot cedar mantle.

Beds consist of master bedroom on first floor, with king size bed, walk-in closet and separate bath; another king size bed on second floor, new carpeting; two queen size beds on second floor, new carpeting; two twin size beds in second floor bedroom, new carpeting; and crib.

Entertainment includes cable/satellite tv; dvd and cd player.

Beautiful kitchen with hand-scraped red oak floors; granite counter tops; under cabinet lighting; new appliances, including 22" side-by-side refrigerator; stone
backsplash; and Kohler fixtures. Cooking utensils provided, as well as dishwasher, microwave and ice maker.

Outdoor Features include gas/electric barbeque grill; large outdoor
deck with tree in the middle.

Telephone is provide for emergencies, but no long distance calling from the telephone.

Other amenities include antler chandelier in dining room, beautiful great room, screened porch, first floor utility room with washer and dryer, air conditioning, foyer and custom decorating by Sister Bay Trading Company.

No Pets Allowed: some exceptions. A substantial additional deposit will be required.

January - June, September, November and December 2009/2010: $450.00 per night; $3,000.00 per week

July, August and October 2009/2010: $495.00 per night; $3,300.00 per week

All holiday weekends: $495.00 per night

Sales tax: 5.5% + Door County room tax: 5.5% = Total Tax: 11%

Security deposit of one night's rate is required immediately.

Cleaning charge:  $185.00.

Reservation is not guaranteed until security deposit is received.

Full amount due sixty (60) days before arrival or reservation is forfeited.

Minimum stay of three (3) nights is required, except July and August when a week-long stay is preferred.

Cancellation fee is $100.00.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.  Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
