2009 Rates

Peak: (mid-May to mid-Sept): $1,250/week + $250 for July 4th week
Off-Peak: $2,250/month $1,000/week $225/night (3-night minimum)
Pet Fee (nonrefundable): $100/week $25/night

Rates include cleaning fee, 7.75% NC taxes are extra.
$250 security/damage deposit required.
Ask about discounts for multiple week bookings.
50% deposit required to reserve. Balance + security deposit due 30
days prior to arrival.
PayPal accepted for last minute bookings.
Rents Saturday-Saturday
Check-in after 4PM, check-out by 11AM
