Lakefront rancher on Lyons Creek, just off main lake.  Comfortable 3 
bedroom, 2 bath home built for year-round living.  Double boathouse 
with one slip available for renters.  Private, flat lot with sandy 
shoreline - great for children.

No smoking. 

Master Bedroom (lakeside) has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, private 
bath w/shower
Bedroom #2 has queen bed
Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds + rollaway
Linens not provided.

Unfinished basement w/garage door access

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season (Sept 1 to May 31):  $875/wk $150/night (3 night minimum)
Summer Season (June 1 to August 31): $1,100/week, no weekend rentals
4th of July week: $1,300

$125 pet fee, nonrefundable
$250 security deposit, refundable if no damage
Renter signing lease must be at least 25 years of age.

Ask about discounts for multiple week bookings.

50% deposit required to reserve. Balance + security deposit due 30 
days prior to arrival.

Rents Saturday-Saturday 
Check-in after 4PM, check-out by 11AM

Rates include cleaning fee, 6.75% NC taxes are extra.
