Off-Peak Rates:  Oct 1 - June 30*, $205/night or $1230/week (2 night 
minimum)
Peak Rates:  July 1 - Sept 30, $270/night or $1620/week (2-3 night 
minimum)
Holidays:  $270/night or $1620/week (3 night minimum)

Price does not include 9% tax + $70 Cleaning Fee
* Holidays excluded, confirm holiday dates and minimum night 
requirement.  
* 2 Night minimum during off-peak time.  3-Night minimum on holidays 
and in July/August.
$250 refundable security deposit also required.  Must be at least 25 
years old to rent.
