Vacation Rental Description

Kihei Akahi Condominium Complex is comprised of two 2-story and two 6 
story buildings.  Unit D205 is located in complex D, on the third 
level of a six story elevator building.  The unit is an elegant, 
spacious, and comfortable 1 bedroom unit. It has a beautiful view of 
the ocean.  From the lanai you can enjoy sunsets and feel the trade 
winds as they come off the ocean.  Free High Speed Broadband/cable Internet provided.

Complex Building D has frontal oceanview.  The complex is minutes 
away, across the street, from Kamaole II Beach Park, one of Maui's 
finest beaches.  On the grounds of the complex, there are two pools 
and a tennis court.  The beautiful gardens of the complex have areas 
for barbecuing.  The lush tropical landscape has a wide variety of 
flowers, flowering trees, shrubs and beautifully manicured green 
areas, which add to the paradise ambience of Kihei-Akahi.  You are 
steps away from the surf and from quaint shopping areas, wonderful 
restaurants and cyber cafes.

The condominuim unit is fully furnished.  It has a dining area, 
living room with a queen sized sofa bed, and a bedroom with a queen
sized bed.  The bathroom has a tub and shower.  The kitchen is fully 
equipped with microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and modern 
stove.  A quiet washer-dryer combination is located conveniently in 
the unit.  The unit is air conditioned for the days when the trade 
winds are not cooling enough.  The bedroom has a ceiling fan and the 
living room also has a ceiling fan.  Linens are provided, along with 
beach towels, beach mats, and beach chairs.  Free reserved parking is 
included.  The condominium unit is strictly non-smoking and pets are 
not allowed in the unit or on the grounds.  

Kamaole II Beach Park offers excellent and safe swimming areas.  
Boogy boarding, body surfing and snorkeling can be done under the 
safe and watchful eyes of lifeguards perched high in their towers off 
the beach.  If the surf and sand are too much, come back to the 
grounds of Kihei Akahi and relax in one of the two pools or work up a 
sweat playing tennis.  Poolside gas barbecues are available for the 
guests of Kihei Akahi.  

Your location at the Kihei Akahi, in south Kihei, will allow you the 
opportunity to explore and visit nearby Wailea and Makena. You can 
use our condominium unit as your home base to explore the rest of the 
paradise of Maui.  

At the end of the day or at the end of your stay, you can reflect on 
your "Maui paradise" experience by relaxing and catching the sunset 
off the lanai.  We hope you enjoy your Maui experience.  We know the

Quality queen sized bed and additional queen sized sofabed in living

provided. Lanai has patio furniture.  Reserved parking space, tennis 
courts, 2 swimming pools and gas barbecues on the grounds.

Swimming, surfing, boogy boarding, body surfing and snorkeling at 
Kamaole II Beach Park.  Tennis courts and two swimming pools on the 
grounds of Kihei Akahi Condominium Complex.  Hiking, biking golf, 
fishing, diving, wind surfing and fitness center nearby. Shopping, 
sightseeing, casual and fine dining within walking distance 
and short drive. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates: May 1 to Dec. 9. $95.00(USD)/night. $85/night(21 nights 
plus.)
Holiday Rate: Dec 10-Jan 15. $120.00(USD) /night 
Winter Rates: Jan 16-April 30.  $110(USD)/night, $90/night(21 nights 
plus.)
1st child under 16 free, 2nd child under 16 add $10/night. (maximum 4 
people)
State taxes of 11.42% additional.
Cleaning charge of $95 additional.  $350 dollar deposit is required 
to hold reservation.
Refundable $300 Security (apartment damage) & Key deposit.
Full payment is required 30 days ahead of occupancy.
