Vacation Rental Description

Location: Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Smoky Mountains, North Carolina 
Roughly 30 miles west of Asheville North Carolina (See Map Below)

Located in the Smoky Mountains at elevations from 3,000 near Maggie 
Valley and Waynesville to 4,400 feet between Maggie Valley and 
Cherokee, North Carolina near Blue Ridge Parkway, these two log 
cabins can accommodate up to 16 people (3 to 4 private bedrooms, 
bunk room, loft and 3 bathrooms).
Listen to the bold creek from the hot tub spa at Creekside
or enjoy the Mountain Views at Pondview.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities: Woodburning fireplaces, game rooms with pool and ping-
pong tables, hot tub, hot tubs, propane grill, washer/dryer, linens 
included, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, 
dishes/utensils provided, satellite TV/Cable, DVD/VCR, CD player. 
Pets not permitted.  No smoking.

Each cabin has slightly different activities to enjoy ... from 
the "stay at home game room" for the kids, to hot tub spas for the 
adults ... Hiking the roads and trails of the area offer simple 
exercise options, while the cabins offer a base station for the 
group to explore the sights, sounds and smells of the natural 
wonders of the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina.   
Close to Waynesville Main Stree, Cherokee Casino, Biltmore Estates 
in Asheville, Whitewater Rafting, Horseback Riding, Cataloochee Ski 
Resort, Tony's Tube World, Ghost Townand Blue Ridge Parkway's many hiking 
trails.

We offer two different Log Cabins with rates ranging from....

Off Season $1,225 to 1,325 Weekly
  3 Day Minimum $900
  Additional Day $275

In Season & Peak Season $1,395 to $1,695 Weekly

Holidays $1,995 to $2,195 Weekly
 
Cleaning charge, spa cleaning fee & firewood included.
Add 7.0 % N.C. Sales + 3.0% NC Occupancy Tax to rental rate.
